What can You Do with PhilHealth Member Portal?
The member portal is a simple way of viewing your member information online to tell you the truth. The functions are minimal but so useful.
You can print your MDR, and view and pay your premium contribution.
Print You PhilHealth MDR
What is MDR?
Member Data Record (MDR) is a piece of document that shows your member information in PhilHealth. It serves as valid proof that you’re already a member of PhilHealth. You can use the MDR in claiming hospitalization benefits. Most hospitals require patients to submit MDR to avail of hospitalization discounts.
How to Secure a Copy of Your MDR?
The process is super simple. Login to the member portal, and you can already see the button which says Print MDR. Click this button and save your MDR in a safe location on your device.

View You Premium Contribution
You can also view your premium contribution.
This is useful if you want to know whether your employer pays your contributions on time or if your payments have been posted already.
To view your PhilHealth premium contribution, log in to the portal, and click the white menu bar at the top of the page.
Click Premium Contribution on the list as shown below.

On this page, you can check your paid contributions.

Generate Statement of Premium Account (SPA)
Like the PRN of SSS, you can generate your SPA on the member portal. Select Payment Management > Generate SPA to generate your SPA.
Note that this option on the list is only available to the Informal Economy. You cannot generate SPA if you are currently employed or belong to the Formal Economy.
How to Generate Your SPA?
Log in to Member Portal
The first step is to log in to the member portal. The link is given at the end of the article.
You have to click the white menu bar to make the list appear on the screen, as shown in the image below.

Select Generate SPA
Click the option that says Generate SPA. After that, you will be taken to this page.

Select Number of Months
You need to select how many months you want to pay on this page. Click the dropdown list and select your choice.
A summary of your choice will be shown. Click the green button that says ‘Generate Statement of Premium Account’ and click Yes on the popup.
Just like that, you have generated your SPA. You can delete the generated SPA if you want to change the number of payments you wish to pay. You can also view and print your SPA. Better yet, you can pay your SPA online.
Pay Your Premium Contribution
If you want to pay your contribution online, you need a credit or debit card. You can also use PayMaya and GCash to pay your premium.
How to Pay PhilHealth Contribution Online?
Follow these steps to pay your premium contribution using the generated SPA.
Log in to Member Portal
I believe you are already logged in, given that you have generated your SPA.
Just like generating SPA, you need to click the white menu bar.
Generate Your SPA
After you’ve successfully generated your SPA, you can now pay using PayMaya, GCash, or credit or debit card.
Click the green button that says Pay. You will be redirected to the payment gateway.

Select MYEG as the payment option and click Yes on the following popup.

Click Next on the next page.

Choose your payment method.

Enter your details and proceed to pay your premium contribution. You have to click yes and agree to the following questions if applicable.
Sometimes you need to input your one-time password sent to your mobile number to verify if it’s really who’s doing this transaction.

If the payment is successful, the message just like below will appear; otherwise, an error will be shown.

Download Your SPA Official Receipt
After you’ve successfully paid your premium contribution, you can view and download your official receipt. This is useful in keeping track of your payment without logging in on the member portal.
Click View SPA History instead of Generate SPA to download your official receipt. On this page, you can view and download your selected applicable period.
